JCEP003 Epoxy Flooring System is two-component solvent-free epoxy paint. lt has a nice appearance, dust-resistant,corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The flooring system has good bonding with the solid base, good abrasion resistance and durability. Meanwhile,it has certain toughness, brittle-resistance and the load of a certain weight.The compressive strength and impact resistance ability is excellent.

This product uses  epoxy resin, high-quality pigments, high-quality solvents, and additives as the main paint, and is a two-component paint used in conjunction with a polyetheramine curing agent.
Main Features    1.High bonding strength with the base layer, low shrinkage during hardening, and not easy to crack.
2.The whole is seamless, easy to clean, and does not accumulate dust and bacteria.
3.High strength, wear resistance, durable, and can withstand the rolling of forklifts, carts, and other vehicles for a long time.
4.It has strong resistance to penetration and chemical corrosion, and has good tolerance for oils. It cures at room temperature to form a film and is easy to repair and maintain.

Construction Conditions:

1. Substrate requirements
The painted surface of architectural coatings must be dry, firm, clean and smooth;
Dry: the floor humidity is lower than 6%RH, and the PH value is less than 10;
Firmness: no loose powder, no loose patent leather on the old ground;
Clean: Free of oil, grease, mildew, algae and other adherents.
2. Construction environment:
The ground temperature should not be lower than 5ºC, and the ambient humidity should be lower than 85%RH to ensure good film formation.
3. Construction precautions:

This product can be appropriately added with diluent depending on different construction methods and construction environments, but the dilution ratio should be strictly controlled. Excessive dilution of the main agent and curing agent must be mixed in the correct proportion. The main agent should be mixed with an electric mixer first. Then slowly add the curing agent and stir well.
