Silicon PU is a kind of ergonomic principle and meet the needs of sports physical characteristics, with the characteristics of hard and downward elastic structure and can be directly constructed on the cement or asphalt foundation of the healthy professional elastic synthetic stadium surface material system, with one-component silicone modified polyurethane to form a buffer rebound structure, two-component modified acrylic as the wear-resistant surface layer. It is generally used as a basketball court, badminton court and other sports venues.

Construction steps:

1. Primer Application:

Mix the primer and thinner in proportions and mix well.

Use a brush or roller to apply the primer evenly to ensure no leaks.

After the primer dries, check for leaks or unevenness and repair it.

2. Silicon PU elastic layer construction:

Mix the two components of A and B according to the proportion and stir well.

Scrape or spray the mixed silicone PU material evenly on the primer.

According to the design requirements, it can be divided into multiple constructions, and the interval between each construction should be determined according to the material description and weather conditions.

3. Quartz Sand Laking:

Before the silicon PU elastomeric layer is fully cured, sprinkle evenly with quartz sand.

Use a brush or rubber plate to press the quartz sand into the elastic layer, ensuring a strong bond.

4. Topcoat Application:

After the silicon PU elastic layer and quartz sand layer are fully cured, the top coat is applied.

Mix the topcoat and thinner in proportions and mix well.

Use a roller to apply the topcoat evenly to ensure no leakage.
