Epoxy resin mid-coating JCEP002

Epoxy resin midcoat JCEP002 consists of liquid epoxy resin JCEP002-A and low-viscosity solid chemical component JCEP002-B. It can be used directly or with quartz sand of appropriate particle size as needed. Epoxy resin midcoat can improve the overall strength of the ground, enhance wear resistance, and fill ground defects.

Component A(JCEP002-A): transparent liquid 25 kg/barrel
Component B(JCEP002-B): brown-red liquid 5 kg/barrel
Ratio: A:B=5:1
Packaging: printed metal packaging barrel. It is recommended to stack three layers.
Storage: The storage temperature is 5-35 degrees Celsius. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, away from fire and heat sources. Direct sunlight is strictly prohibited.

Instructions for use and construction reference:

Surface treatment: Before construction, the base surface dust, sand, cement slurry, grease, old coating, etc. should be removed, and the surface should be polished to a rough surface, the base surface pores should be opened, and the primer should be scraped
Theoretical dosage: about 0.3kg/m²

Ratio: JCEP002-A:JCEP002-B=5:1 (weight ratio), stir evenly before construction.
Open time: JCEP002-A and JCEP002-B materials should be used within 20 minutes after mixing. If the viscosity of the material is found to be significantly increased, it cannot be used and should be discarded.
Roller coating is recommended.
Before construction, mix JCEP002-A and JCEP002-B in a ratio of 5:1 (weight ratio). Construction can be carried out after sufficient stirring.
Construction should be carried out when the surface temperature is above 10℃.
The second coat of paint should be applied after the previous coat is completely dry. An interval of 12 hours is recommended.
