Product performance

Elastic polyurethane floor paint is an outdoor coating, which can be used for floors and walls; This coating is a very good UV resistant product, it has a long-term discoloration and waterproof, light anti-corrosion points.

Construction Process:
Step 1: Sand and clean the base.
Step 2: Apply the first coat of epoxy primer by scraping or rolling (Epoxy primer 3:1, 20 kg per set. Package A: 15 kg, 20 liter iron drum; Package B: 5 kg, 6 liter plastic drum. One set of primer covers approximately 150 square meters).
Step 3: (Optional) If the floor is not flat, apply epoxy mortar intermediate coat. To apply: Mix epoxy primer with 30% quartz sand, mix well, and apply an even coat. (Epoxy primer 3:1, 20 kg per set. Package A: 15 kg, 20 liter iron drum; Package B: 5 kg, 6 liter plastic drum. One set of primer covers approximately 100 square meters).
Step 4: Sand the epoxy mortar intermediate coat with a sander and clean thoroughly.

Step 5: Apply hand-brushed elastic polyurethane (1:1 elastic polyurethane, 40 kg per set. A: 20 kg, packaged in a 20-liter iron drum; B: 20kg, packaged in a 20-kliter iron drum. One set of hand-brushed polyurea covers 25 square meters).
Step 6: Apply elastic polyurethane topcoat by rolling (4:1 elastic polyurethane topcoat, 25 kg per set. A: 20 kg, packaged in a 20-liter iron drum; B: 5 kg, packaged in a 6-liter plastic drum. One set of topcoat covers 100 square meters).

1. The manhole is waterproof. 2. The drainage hole is waterproof. The right angle of the drainage pipe of the building item should be rounded first, with a radius of 20-750px; The outer wall of the pipeline is first made of a reinforcing layer with polymer cement mortar, and then epoxy primer and elastic polyurethane waterproof coating are sprayed on the inner wall in turn.
3. Yin and yang angle waterproof. Yin-yang angle waterproofing is one of the most common waterproofing of building structures. The yin corner needs to be rounded with polymer cement mortar first, with a radius of 20~30c m; At the sunny corner, use an angle grinder to remove the sharp edges and corners to the smooth transition, according to the waterproof years and requirements, the reinforcing layer should be set as needed, and finally elastic polyurethane waterproof coating.
4. Waterproof parapet wall. The roof parapet should be waterproofed at least 30c m high from the roof, and if the parapet height is not more than 50c m, all two-component elastic polyurethane waterproof coating should be used as waterproof coating.
