Epoxy primer is very important in epoxy floor construction. The function of the primer is to seal the pores on the ground to prevent gas discharge from causing the paint film to bubble or delaminate. On the other hand, the penetration of the epoxy primer into the concrete floor helps to improve the strength of the concrete. When the concrete label is lower than C25, it is recommended to apply the primer at least twice. The first primer penetrates and strengthens the strength of the concrete, and the second primer seals the pores of the concrete, so as to ensure the success of the epoxy floor paint.

Specific Construction Process:(Very important, check carefully)
1. Repair floor cracks (can be repaired using cement mortar or solvent-free epoxy primer + quartz sand).
2. Grind the floor using an angle grinder and grinding disc (we have a set). Clean the floor after grinding.
3.After the first coat of primer solidifies, if the ground strength is still low or there is a whitening phenomenon on the ground surface, it is necessary to apply another coat of primer.

4.After the primer is completely cured, you can apply the topcoat by brushing it evenly or scraping it evenly with a special trowel.

If you need to improve the flatness of the floor, you can add quartz sand and quartz powder to the primer, apply it all over, and after it solidifies, use a resin sheet to polish the entire surface and clean it. Then, use epoxy topcoat to apply it all over, and apply the final coat of topcoat after it solidifies.
