Product Description

Epoxy Primers for Interior and Exterior Architectural Coatings

Enclose the ground to improve adhesion and prevent dust emission.

Epoxy Primers is a solvent-free, non-volatile irritating odor, long open time, two-component high penetration primer, including component A and component B. It has low viscosity , has excellent penetration and sealing effect on the base surface , and provides good interlayer adhesion.

Construction Conditions
Painting environment temperature range: 5~35ºC. The base surface temperature is at least 5ºC higher than the air dew point temperature; Painting environment humidity range: 30~80%;Ventilation conditions: Ensure that the construction site is well ventilated and dust-free , and
there should be supervisors in confined spaces .

Operation Methods and Requirements
Spraying: Use conventional spraying or airless spraying. It is recommended to use airless spraying for large-scale construction.
Roller coating: Use for large-scale construction.
Brush coating: Use for small areas. Use a soft-bristled brush or roller brush.

Construction Reference:

Roller Coating is Recommended.
Before construction, component A and component B should be mixed according to 1:1 (weight ratio). After fully mixing, the construction should be carried out.
The construction shall be carried out in the surface temperature above 10ºC With the use of a coating, the mixed coating should be used up within 30 minutes.
The second coating should be carried out after the lower layer is completely dried. The recommended interval is 12 hrs.
